1. Your Acceptance
This is an agreement between Trailcode Inc, Charades Up, operator of Charades Up app (we, our, us), and you (you or your), a user of the Service. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AND TRAILCODE INC PRIVACY POLICY. By installing and using the apps, you agree to this privacy policy and give an explicit and informed consent to the processing. If you do not agree, please do not install and use the apps.

2. Data Collection and Storage
2.1 Personal Information
In order to access and use the features of the service, no data will be collected. The use of the service is optional and does not require to provide any of your personal and/or non-personal information. This app does not collect any information that can identify the user demographics by any means. Your identify will already remain un-identified and will not conflict with the General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR).
2.2 Data Storage
The Charades Up requires to store required content on your device to facilitate the game data and user experience. This data storage will only be limited to the Charades Up accessibility and Charades Up will not be accessing any data that other apps/services may have stored.

3. Intellectual Properties
The design of the Charades Up app service along with Charades up created text, scripts, graphics, interactive features and the like, are owned by Trailcode Inc - Charades Up app, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under laws. The Service is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only. Trailcode Inc - Charades Up app reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the service other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of Status Submissions of third parties obtained through the Service for any commercial purposes.
3.1 Custom Pack Creation
The app offers you to create your own custom pack to play using our app. The custom packs created by you can be shared with your friends and family to access on their Charads Up app on individual devices. We are not responsible for any inappropriate content or language entered by users who have created custom packs and shared with you or anyone. If you create a custom pack and do not share with you, we do not track any of the content of the custom packs. However, if you share your custom pack with your friends, your custom pack content will be stored on our servers. Any shared custom packs stored on our server are properties of Trailcode Inc - Charades Up and may be used to distribute to app users via Charades Up. You do not own any copyrights or intellectual property rights once you share the custom pack.
3.2 Custom Pack Content Violation
Any shared custom packs which reside on our server are subject to routine security and content violation scrutiny. Any custom packs with inappropriate content and language will be removed from our server for further share and download with the share code. Already downloaded packs will not be impacted.

4. Payment and In-App Purchases
Charades Up provides variety of free packs to start with as well as many for you to purchase. The purchase is one-time only and you can restore your purchase of already paid packs anytime. To purchase our paid packs, you must use valid and app store registered account and have sufficient credit balance or credit card synced up with your account.

Changes and updates to this Privacy Notice
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to ensure your privacy and this will be reflected by the 'Policy Version' below. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Charades Up service constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any amendments.
