1. Your Acceptance
This is an agreement between Trailcode LLC, Pick N Plate, operator of Pick N Plate app (we, our, us), and you (you or your), a user of the Service. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND TRAILCODE LLC PRIVACY POLICY. By installing and using the app, you agree to this privacy policy and give an explicit and informed consent to the processing described herein. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.

2. Data Collection and Storage
2.1 Personal Information
Pick N Plate offers two modes of use. In free (Tasting) mode, no personal information is collected and all data is stored locally on your device only. In paid (Table or Feast) mode, you provide an email address solely for the purpose of creating and managing your household account. This email is stored securely on our servers and is used only to authenticate your account and facilitate household sync across devices. We do not sell, share, or disclose your email address to any third parties. We do not collect any information that can identify user demographics. Your use of the free tier will remain fully anonymous and will not conflict with the General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR).
2.2 Device Identifier
Pick N Plate generates a unique anonymous device identifier on first launch. This identifier is stored securely on your device and is used solely to manage household device limits and sync. It is not linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties.
2.3 Push Notification Token
If you grant notification permission, Pick N Plate stores a push notification token on our servers. This token is used solely to deliver household-related notifications such as meal plan and grocery list updates. You may revoke notification permission at any time through your device settings.
2.4 Data Storage
In free (Tasting) mode, all app data including dishes, pantry items, grocery lists, recipes, and weekly menus is stored locally on your device only. In paid (Table or Feast) mode, this data is stored on our secure cloud servers (Supabase) to enable real-time sync across your household devices. We do not access, share, or use your household data for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
2.5 Advertising
Pick N Plate displays advertisements to free (Tasting) tier users via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's privacy policy to serve relevant ads. Paid (Table and Feast) tier users do not see advertisements. You may review Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

3. In-App Purchases
Pick N Plate offers one-time non-consumable in-app purchases (Table and Feast plans) processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information. All billing is handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective terms of service. You may restore your purchase at any time using the Restore Purchases option in the app.

4. Intellectual Properties
The design of the Pick N Plate app service along with Pick N Plate created text, scripts, graphics, interactive features and the like, are owned by Trailcode LLC, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under applicable laws. The Service is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only. Trailcode LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Service other than expressly permitted herein.

5. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by visiting the Delete My Data option in the app under Settings, or by contacting us at support@trailcode.com. Upon request, we will permanently delete your email address, household data, device records, and notification tokens from our servers within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy
Pick N Plate is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically and this will be reflected by the Policy Version below. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy at this location. Your continued use of the Pick N Plate service constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any amendments. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
